Havoc Taxidermy is owned and operated by Joe Leiding. Joe began his taxidermy journey in 2016, starting with European mounts and quickly developing a passion for preserving hunting memories with skill and attention to detail.

In 2025, Joe completed formal training at the Central Texas School of Taxidermy in Snyder, Texas, where he refined his techniques and broadened his expertise to include a wide variety of mounts.

Today, Havoc Taxidermy offers high-quality, professional taxidermy services with a focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s a whitetail shoulder mount, a pheasant, or a unique trophy, each piece receives the same level of care and pride.

In addition to traditional taxidermy services, all plaques and bases are designed and crafted in-house, allowing clients to fully customize the look and presentation of their mounts. From clean, modern plaques to rustic, hand-finished bases, each display is built to complement the mount and showcase it at its best. 

Our goal is to provide every hunter with a finished mount they can be proud to display for years to come.
